PHP frontend developer

Our office in the XIV. district of Budapest is looking for a PHP frontend developer with at least 3 years of software developing experience.
 
The scope of activities of the applicant would consist of the development of multi-layered management systems based on business specifications and architectural plans, performing independent designer and developer tasks, preparation and update of development documentation, as well as communication with any related fields, among others.

Selection process

Our hiring process consist of two rounds.
 
During the first interview we try to size up the professional qualities of the applicant. Since most people usually lack time, we always offer the possibility of doing the interview via video chat instead of a personal interview, to speed up the process. The applicants can decide if they can personally participate in the interview or they would rather talk in the form of a video conference.
 
During the second round the ideal applicants (there are several open positions) sit down with their future manager to have a conversation where the main subject is cooperation and the applicants are also introduced to the working environment.
 
After this the applicant and the manager can both decide if they would like to work with each other or not.
 
The above mentioned process, if the applicant is flexible, can be closed within two days.
